The biggest win so far, was €146.9 (US$209 million), this included rollovers from previous draws. The prize money was paid in full since the Italian State collects the fixed rate tax when the tickets are purchased. The winning ticket was won by a single player in Tuscany.

When the 1st and the 2nd division cash prizes are not won, both are added to the jackpot for the next draw.
